Our 6" Victorinox Boning Knife and 8" Victorinox Breaking knife and Sheath Combo Kit brings you a professional butchering knife set, capable of handling almost any butchering task you can throw at it. 

The 6" Boning Knife is designed for precise meat cutting tasks, such as boning, trimming, and slicing smaller cuts with control.

The 8" Breaking Knife is ideal for breaking down carcasses, slicing large steaks and roasts, and separating primal sections for further processing.

 

Also included for EACH knife, is a custom fitted, Kydex sheath to safely and securely store each of your knives. Each sheath has a 360º swivel belt loop clip for convenient carrying and handling.
