How do you ensure the freshness of your meat during shipping?
All meat products are flash-frozen at the peak of freshness and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to maintain a safe temperature throughout transit.
Are your spice blends gluten-free and MSG-free?
Yes, our signature Bearded Butcher Blend seasonings are gluten-free and contain no MSG, fillers, or anti-caking agents.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. To ensure product integrity, meat orders are usually shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays in transit.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our perishable meat products within the contiguous United States. Our seasonings and apparel, however, can be shipped internationally.
How should I store my meat once it arrives?
Upon arrival, place your meat directly in the freezer if you do not plan to cook it immediately. For best quality, thaw slowly in the refrigerator 24 hours before use.
