Chorizo Seasoning is a rich, spicy, savory seasoning blend most commonly used for Chorizo sausage. While Chorizo recipes vary around the world, ours is loaded with mild Chili pepper, garlic, salt and other spices for a potent flavored, but still mild (low heat) seasoning. This bundle comes with enough casing to make 25 lbs of Chorizo sausage.
