Chorizo Seasoning is a rich, spicy, savory seasoning blend most commonly used for Chorizo sausage. While Chorizo recipes vary around the world, ours is loaded with mild Chili pepper, garlic, salt and other spices. This makes it a potent flavored, but still mild (low, but not zero heat) seasoning. Make some bulk sausage, stuff and smoke some chorizo sausages or fresh bratwursts (with cheese!), or use it to season your taco and fajita meats!
