Caveman Carnivore™ Jr. Beef Arm Steak (4.5-5.5 lb):
A Junior version of the BIGGEST Steak we cut! Fit for a caveman, this steak is great for open fire grilling, roasting, or slow cooking to perfection!
We recommend seasoning liberally with Butcher Blend Seasoning, then grilling over an open fire pit, flipping occasionally until you reach an internal temperature of 125°F. Remove and allow to rest for 10 minutes. When ready to serve, slice thin across the grain. Feeds 8-10 people.
Total cook time is approximately 40-50 minutes.
Weight per cut varies between 4.5-5.5 lbs, depending on carcass size. This steak is from an all natural grain-fed Beef.
Steak will ship RAW, not cooked.
